Here’s what to expect when you invest in our child care center franchise concept.
An interest in childcare and early childhood education as well as a desire to serve others are important qualities that we look for in franchise owners. Strong leadership and communication skills also make a difference. You do not need previous experience in education or operating a childcare center. We are prepared to offer training, support and resources that can help you grow your childcare business.
We do not provide direct financing to franchise owners, but we may refer to financing sources on a case-by-case basis.
Franchise owners pay a 7% royalty fee based on weekly net revenues. These fees allow us to fund our ongoing support services, training programs and more. For a full list of fees and requirements, please refer to our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD).
Franchise owners contribute up to 2% of gross revenues into the brand marketing fund. We use collected funds to develop marketing strategies, materials and campaigns to promote the Miracles & Beyond Learning Academy brand. Franchise owners also spend $5,000 to $10,000 on grand opening promotions starting 90 days prior to opening and for 30 days after launch. Franchise owners must spend up to 2% of revenues or a minimum of $12,000 a year on local marketing. For a full list of fees and requirements, please refer to our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD).
The initial term of your agreement is ten years, with three subsequent successor agreement options of five years each.
